When you sign-up to our mailing list you will be asked for your e-mail address. This information will be retained until you ask for it to be removed (see 'Removal of Your Information' below).
The information that you provide will be stored on our secure database and also transferred to a professional e-mail system that we use to manage our mailing list and to send out our newsletters.
Your information will only be used by us to send out newsletters and updates, we will not share it with any third parties or use it for any other purpose.
If you are not happy with the way that we are handling your data please contact us and we will try to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. If you still believe there is a problem you have the right to complain to the ICO.
Please contact us if you would like a copy of the information that we currently hold about you, once we have established your identity we will be happy to provide a copy of the data in a suitable format.
If you would like to update your details please contact us and we will update them as soon as we can.
Each newsletter that we send will contain a link that allows you to unsubscribe from our mailing list. When you unsubscribe you will be removed from the mailing list however your details will remain on our database.
If you would like your information to be removed completely please contact us and we will delete all of your details as soon as we can.
